About Us

Krewe Coffee Roasters is the long-time dream of Brian & Ashley Mathews that became a reality in the Spring of 2021. This dream in many ways began in Miami, Florida but currently calls New Orleans, LA home.

We have always enjoyed the experience of a good cup of coffee and sharing this experience with others—it is our belief that coffee is best accompanied with good people and good conversation. We have had the privilege of sharing hundreds of cups of coffee with others who have become part of our family: our “Krewe.”

Our desire is to create a company that invites people to join our Krewe or to establish their own wherever they are. We seek to do this by sourcing coffees that will engage the most curious coffee drinkers, as well as invite those that are new to specialty coffee!
